Apply for compensation
Find what you need for us to handle your claim
For unemployment and sick leave, you apply for compensation via our web form. You will find the link to the web form further down this page. For other matters please contact our customer service.

For faster processing we ask you to wait to fillout the web form until you have all the documents ready.

In case of unemployment, you need:
- Employer’s certificate
Send us a copy of your latest employer’s certificate along with the letter of termination. If the employment lasted less than six months, you also need to send us the employer’s certificate for your previous employment.
- Decision from your A-kasse or your municipality regarding compensation (dagpenge)
Send us a copy of your “Ret til dagpenge-brev” from A-kassen when you’ve been granted compensation, or documentation confirming that you’ve signed up at the job centre as unemployed and have been granted compensation (kontanthjælp) from the municipality.
- Payment specifications from your A-kasse or municipality regarding compensation
Send us all payments specifications from A-kassen for the entire period of unemployment. Your name/CPR-number needs to be shown on the specifications as well as the period you’ve been compensated for.

In case of sick leave, you need:
- Medical certificates
- Power of attorney (Samtykkeerklæring)
Print the power of attorney (pdf), fill it out and sign it. We need your power of attorney for us to be able to collect information from your doctor regarding your sick leave. Remember to state the name and contact details of your doctor in your claim, so that we can contact your doctor.
